CRYSTAL STRUCTURE AND SURFACE MORPHOLOGY OF CD1-XFEXS SOLID SOLUTION-BASED THIN FILMS

Cd1-xFexS (x = 0.03) solid solutions were synthesized and thin films obtained on their base by molecular beam condensation method. It was studied the effect of γ- irradiation surface morphology, growth properties crystal structure films. The characteristics exposed to γ-rays at doses 50, 100 150 kGy from 60Co source characterized XRD, SEM, EDX methods. XRD analysis showed that orientation planes changes after γ-exposure. determined peak intensity (101) plane increased with radiation dose. Sizes crystallites γ-irradiation. Thus it is possible manage some investigations demonstrates, grown glass substrates substrate temperature Tsub=470 K polycrystalline Tsub =670K monocrystalline structure.
